Information collected

Tradeline Match may collect account contact details, role, identity-verification information, marketplace submissions, supporting documents, subscription records, communications, and security events needed to operate the marketplace.

How information is used

Information is used to review marketplace eligibility, verify listings, process authorized transactions, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, maintain audit records, and comply with applicable requirements.

Sharing

Information is shared only as needed with the other party to an approved marketplace transaction, contracted service providers, and authorities or advisors when legally required. Sensitive documents are not public listing content.

Choices and requests

Customers may start an access, correction, or archival request from the self-serve resolution workflow. Some records remain available only as long as needed for security, financial, dispute, or recordkeeping obligations.
