Inbox & messages policy

Effective July 14, 2026

Purpose

Tradeline Match messages keep a marketplace, payment, magazine, policy, or support record connected to the action it concerns. A message does not replace a required approval, consent, payment confirmation, or documented decision.

Permitted content

Do not send account credentials, full payment-card details, unnecessary identity documents, harassment, unlawful instructions, or material that belongs to another person. Use the designated secure evidence workflow when documentation is required.

Owner privacy

Tradeline Match does not reveal an owner's public identity. Messages provide only the information necessary to complete an approved workflow and remain subject to marketplace privacy controls.

Delivery and retention

Delivery status may be recorded, but a displayed or sent status is not proof that a recipient read or acted on a message. Records may be retained for security, transaction, dispute, policy, and audit purposes, then archived under the applicable retention practice.

Restrictions

Tradeline Match may restrict a message or communication channel when necessary to protect records, customers, marketplace integrity, or legal obligations.
