Commitment

Tradeline Match is designed for keyboard navigation, readable contrast, clear labels, scalable text, visible focus, reduced-motion preferences, and semantic structure across public and protected workflows.

Video and changing content

Product videos provide controls and do not replace the written action or transaction record. Important status is communicated with text, not color alone.

Transaction access

If an accessibility barrier prevents a marketplace, magazine, payment, policy, or support action, use the Contact Center and identify the page, action, device, and assistive technology involved.

Ongoing review

Tradeline Match evaluates reported barriers, prioritizes paths that affect access or payment, records the resolution, and preserves existing customer records while a correction is made.
