Marketplace policy
Effective July 13, 2026
Verified inventory
A listing may appear as active only after required ownership, account, eligibility, and available-capacity evidence has been reviewed. A verified label describes the completed marketplace review; it is not a promise about bureau reporting or financial outcomes.
Owner control
Owners list free, set the monthly price, and approve or decline every subscriber request. Approval is not automatic. Tradeline Match records the decision and related operational evidence.
Marketplace pricing
Existing marketplace pricing ranges from $150 to $1,200 per tradeline per month with a three-month minimum. Tradeline Match retains a 15% marketplace fee on completed subscriptions and the owner receives 85% before any separately disclosed adjustment.
Subscriber review
Subscribers may browse the marketplace and listing details without an account. Sign-in and identity review begin only when a subscriber requests a listing. Before payment, the subscriber must review the monthly price, three-month minimum, disclosures, and cancellation conditions.
Private identities
Public listings never identify the owner. The owner receives only the minimum subscriber information required for the approved authorized-user workflow; sensitive identity records are never public marketplace content.
Cancellation, refunds, and failed payments
A cancellation request received at least five calendar days before the next monthly billing date stops that renewal, subject to the three-month minimum. A request received inside the five-day cutoff takes effect after the next paid month. A full refund of the latest monthly payment is available only when the self-serve request is submitted within 24 hours after that charge. Failed payments receive a separate 24-hour grace period before marketplace status changes. Owners remain protected from subscriber chargebacks through the marketplace transaction record.
No outcome promise
Tradeline Match does not guarantee score changes, reporting timing, approvals, financing, or lender decisions. Issuers, bureaus, lenders, and other third parties act under their own agreements and policies.
Accountable review
Listing approval, owner approval, contested payment exceptions, payouts, disputes, and account restrictions remain auditable. An ordinary monthly-payment refund inside the 24-hour window is completed self-serve from the verified processor record.
